To be eligible for a return, the item must be received withing 30 days from the date of purchase; your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We cannot accept returns of opened cosmetic products.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email if your refund or exchange has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will returned in the original form of payment less a 25% restocking fee.
Refunds are only applicable to regular price items.
